- 1919 : Gauchon created in Sail-sous-Couzan
- 1984 : Acquisition of Moizieux and Gauchon by Groupe Genoyer, creation of MGI in Boën
- 1988 : MGI creates its subsidiary company SBS in Sail-sous-Couzan
- 2002 : Merger of MGI and SBS. Creation of SBS in Boën
